Wir löschen Ihre Daten dauerhaft innerhalb von 30 Tagen und trennen alle verknüpften Facebook-Seiten, Instagram- und WhatsApp-Konten.
Sie können Voxy Chat jederzeit auch selbst aus Ihren Meta Business Einstellungen unter "Verbundene Apps" entfernen, wodurch unser Zugriff sofort widerrufen wird.

Voxy Chat stores the data needed to run your assistant: your account details, your assistant configuration, and the conversation logs from your connected channels.
To delete your account and all associated data, including Meta Platform Data such as Page and WhatsApp message logs and tokens, email support@voxychat.co from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and disconnect any linked Facebook Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.
You can also remove Voxy Chat at any time from your Meta Business Settings, Connected apps, which immediately revokes our access.
